Internal application to trigger notification to LM & HRD

Summary:

Team, we have a requirement where the customer wants a notification to be triggered when an internal employee applies to the job. The notifications should trigger to the reporting manager of the employee and the HR of the Business unit. Looking forward for some inputs on this.
