Custom Search Filters - Career Section

Hi,

I don't think this is possible but figured I'd ask to be sure. Can custom fields be used as search filters on the career section? I'm talking about outside of the delivered fields - location, job field, job level, etc.

Content (required):

We created a field we are tracking on the requisition for "Workplace Type", where the requisition is either Remote, On-Site, or Hybrid. It would be great if we could somehow add this to the job list and/or job description page and candidates could filter on this as well.

Can this be created within the branding file?
