Weight field in goals

Content (required):

As soon as you click on Add to create goal, the weight that shows up is 100 (if no goals have been added). If the goals have already been added, it would show 100-weight of goals already added. Can this be defaulted to blank by any means - doesnt matter if its the first goal or second or third, weight column should always be blank.
