How to hide compensation data visibility in case of employees with assignment in more countries
there are employees having work relationships and as a result assignments in several countries.
However, local HRs should only see assignment and compensation data of the employee based on the country they work.
For example, if an employee has a work relationship in Spain and another one in Italy, the Italian HR at this moment can see assignment and compensation data for Spain and Italy, while we expect the Italian HRs only can see data related to the assignment in Italy.
Is it possible to manage visibility as we expect? If so, do you have any suggestions?
