Timeout Error when uploading journals using ADFDI

Summary:

For the last 1 week, we are noticing timeout error associated with uploading journals using ADFDI. This is happening only in production and we are unable to replicate the issue in lower environments. This has never been issue for us before.

Does any of you facing similar issues recently? Trying to figure out what has been changed (root cause).

We are on Oracle Fusion Cloud 21D patch set.
