Hello,

When manager uses Add to Succession Plan functionality under Quick Actions under My Team, he gets to add a direct report of him to an already created succession plan. However, this only allows him to add a candidate to an already created succession plan. It doesn't allow him to add more owners if the plan is private. It does allow him to delete the owner. Is there anyway the line manager can make changes to all the areas of already created succession plan?
