Removal and deletion of irrelevant development goals - can anyone help??
How to delete irrelevant old development goals!
We are having increasing situations, where old development goals are following the employee and appearing in new performance documents, even when the goal is completed. These goals have sometimes been added by previous managers and are no longer relevant. It seems impossible for the employee, new manager or even the HR specialist to remove these goals.. I have found out that if the development goal is marked as 'inactive' then it stops the goal from appearing (as long as it is marked inactive, before the PD is created, which is not going to be likely) - however,
