Is it possible to manage the interaction's visibility?

is it possible to hide some interactions (not all), within the candidate's application section, to the Hiring Manager and leave them all visible (without limitations) to the recruiter?

Our client would like to let all the interactions visible to the recruiter and restrict the Hiring Manager's visibility. Is it possible?
