Salary increment Amount

Summary:

How to make increment amount monthly instead of year basis.

Content (required):

Salary Basis defined as Monthly and annualized factor is 12. However, we initialized budget with 5000, and assigned to whole amount to an individual employee who currently salary(per month) is 5000 and 60000 Annually. However, after entering increment amount 5000 then system apply this amount yearly bases instead of monthly basis, as per increment system will make it 65000 new yearly salary which is wrong, it should be 120000 Yearly Salary.
