Edit active CSP - Impact to existing job requisitions?

Hello everyone,

Recently we updated the active candidate selection process that the client uses for the job requisitions, by restricting a few phases for the Hiring Manager.

We can see that when we create a new job requisition and we select the candidate selection process, the Hiring Manager cannot see the applicants in the restricted phases.

However, for the already existed job requisitions with the same candidate selection process that behavior doesn't apply. The Hiring Manager can see all the applicants in every phase.

Does anyone knows if this is an expected behavior?
