How to Notify External User on Submission of a Transaction

Summary:

We need to notify our IT Support team by mailing them to their specific mail id upon submission of a Suspension in the system (before the transaction is completed) for the IT team to remove access of the suspended user.

Please advise how we can do that?

We have tried the following:


1. Within the approval: We tried to add an FYI to the IT Support in the approval workflow. For this to work, we have to create a stand-alone user account with the IT Support mail id and provide it with the role access (otherwise, the notification email does not show up any information). This has the risk of users having access to the IT Support mail group to be able to login to the system and view sensitive data.
