Looking for capabilities to associate certificates to group of employees in Talent Profile
Summary:
Business has a requirement to associate certificate to group of employees in Talent Profile.
Content (required):
Folks from Finance department takes related financial courses from third party vendors, and our business wanted to sync the completed certificates(example: CPHR) to mass employees in the HCM instead of adding it to each learner in the Talent Profile.
Note: These courses have nothing to do with the offerings in HCM.
I am wondering, is there any possibility to achieve this kind of requirement?
