Candidate Database in ORC to be restricted based on Business Unit

Summary:

Team, We have a requirement from the customer that the candidate database of the ORC should be restricted based on business unit or vertical specific. Looking forward for inputs on this if this is possible or not through custom data role. We can do it based on location, but not sure on the business unit based.
