How do I remove Inactive object groups from the Submit a Flow process?

Summary:

We currently have a large number of object groups in the Payroll Relationship Group dropdown when we submit a flow.

I have set some of these to inactive in the object groups screen but they still show when you scroll down in the dropdown when submitting a flow.

Can someone please advise how we can remove the inactive object groups from the dropdown?

Also have a similar problem when selecting calculation card pension options.
