How to get Taleo extract in a different format without parallelism

We have recently moved from Taleo to ORC and received our test file. Unfortunately it is in a format we can't use

I have an SR to extract the Taleo data which will occur next month. We need an extract that is a pure, plain old standard export without parallelism. On an Enterprise Edition version of Oracle, you are allowed to export data in a parallel manner, and that parallelism produces multiple files. We are a Standard Edition shop. Parallelism is not allowed.
