Screening Services and Pipeline Requisitions
I am looking to see if anyone is using pipeline requisitions and also HireVue/Screening Services. Looking for the best set up option for this flow.
Our company is currently getting ready to use pipeline requisitions, and we also use screening service (HireVue). However, when using the screening service on the standard requisition, once it becomes linked to the pipeline requisition, the screening service is automatically removed (per the end user guide as well).
Would you need to input the screening service on the pipeline requisition/CSP in order to utilize it? Or is it not recommended to use screening services on pipelines (which would be problematic)? This would mean that even background check services would be removed from the hiring/standard requisition, where it is actually needed.
