OCI access disabled after Free Tier

After my Free Tier expiration my OCI access has been disabled due to either tenant/user disable operation.
I got this email from Oracle when my Free Tier has been expired:
If I sign in on that link, I got an "empty" page, I can't do nothing intresting. I tried the Identity cloud, but nothing on that to access OCI....
When I try to login on the OCI page....
I had an Always free resource only, nothing more.
Who, and how can solve this problem?
