How to create Report Filter that only provides results based upon Current Date

Summary: I have a BI report with I need to retrieve all transaction created on current date


Content (required):

Report is BI Publisher Report based upon Receivables Transaction Data

Attempting to create filter to report only on transactions that were created on current date only (ie. if today is April 6, I would like all transactions created on April 6. There are no timezone issues.

I know you have to use timestamp and systemdate - but am not sure how to put both together in a valid sql statement.
