Multiple Elements in an ICP Option

Error message when I try to save an ICP that has multiple elements in an Option

Hello experts,

I have created an ICP. I see that it is possible to add multiple payroll elements to an Option,

However, when I save my option with multiple elements this appears:

Which is weird, it does not seem to fully take into account the second payroll element.

When I validate my ICP there is no error message,

However when i try to save it I get the following error message:

Has anyone ever faced this issue, if yes has it been solved?
