Profile option - READ ONLY mode has a bug in it!  

Content (required):

Those that work in the security space need to be aware that the profile option that when set supposedly make the access view only for a user has a bug in it. Certain roles such as Application Implementation Consultant, IT Security Manager, and Human Capital Management Application Administrator have pages that are NOT governed by the profile option that is supposed to make all access associated with a User read only.
