How to add field to display monthly equivalent of Hourly Salary?

Hi,

We use an Hourly Salary Basis for all employees. The system by default displays the Annual equivalent in the Salary transactions and pages.

We have a requirements to display the monthly salary equivalent as well.

We have been checking salary pages (e.g.: Change Salary RUI or Classic Pages) and they do not seem to have any Flex Fields.

Is there any way to achieve this requirement and display a field with the monthly salary equivalent of the hourly salary?
