HireRight Integration user Redirects to SSO login

Content (required):

We have setup HireRight Background Check service and tested successfully in non-prod environments (with no SSO enabled). However, in production, HireRight is not able to use the Integration user as it is re-directing it to SSO login. Anyone who have faced similar issue?

Currently we have provided the following URL to HireRight

https://xxxxxx.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com

Any advice on the URL to be shared with HireRight so that integration user can work successfully? Or any other steps we might be missing?
