If else condition in rules

HI All,

Want your help to understand how in PCMCS rules (custom or allocation), can we use different drivers (if else condition as below)

Driver Logic

If (DRIVER A != MISSING)

Volume = Sales * Driver A

Else

Volume = Sales * Driver B
