ODA transfer to live agent in HRHD setup steps
Summary:
Is there some more detailed information on how to transfer from ODA to a live agent within HRHD? I have seen that there is capability to do this, but I'm unsure if the setup falls in ODA or if there is also any Help Desk configuration required as well. We are using Next Gen helpdesk if that makes a difference
