How does a Pipeline Requisition work with position management?
We are looking to enable Pipeline Requisitions for our high-volume hiring. We know you can manage the candidate selection process within the pipeline requisition but then at some stage to make an offer to a candidate they need to be linked to a standard job requisition. During our high-volume hiring we can hire 200 people at one time, so does that mean we would need to create 200 new job requisitions under the pipeline requisition so a unique position number field can be populated? Based on that I can only assume Copy Offer feature can't be used?
