How to show a report in the user interface?

How can I show a specific report/analysis directly to end users in different screens?

Content (required):

Basically I want to know how to show data to end users in the various screens they work in, that have been generated from a report or analysis.

Example: When HR opens an assignment, I want to show a specific information that is not visible as a field but drawn from a report created in OTBI such as aggregated data or data from another object (like a flexfield from a department, position or similar).

So i'm basically trying to find out how to "integrate" a report so the result of the report is shown directly in a specific screen and not a report that has to be opened manually.
