Hide "Apply" button for internal candidates to external job requisitions

Hello everyone,
Currently in the ORC we only have configured the external application flow for external candidates to apply to job requisitions that are posted in our external career site. For the majority of the job reqs the "Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted" is set to NO; however, we have some confidential job requisitions where we set the "Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted" to YES.
As you can understand due to this, internal candidates have access to those job requisitions and they can see the Apply button.
As you can understand due to the confidentiality of the job reqs we cannot set the "Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted" to NO.
