Project Name value set/ lookup name

Hello experts,

we created a custom person profile section (Interessi e conoscenze extraprofessionali), under employee Skill and Qualification page.

After enabling this section, the PROJECT NAME mandatory field is available and there is no way to hide it by page composer. In addition, the drop-down menu is empty. Do you know where I can add values under PROJECT NAME field? Is this a value set or a common lookup?
