Job Requisition Approval Notification Email

Job Requisition Approval Notification Email has a person name who is no where on the requisition , not submitted by or not a collaborator.

But the approval Notification email has this Incorrect person name as Submitted by , and this is happened on the requisitions that are opened in the last day or two.

We are yet to get to a pattern on when this is happening but would like to know from you if there is anywhere i can check this.

I did look into the BI publisher data model and template and it is returning the right persons related to that job requisition.
