How to relate two subscriptions with each other?

Summary: We would like to give reference of one subscription in the other subscription.


Content (required): As per our exploration we see a relationship tab under subscription product, but currently we cannot enter any information manually from the UI.

We noticed that the data is coming when we amend the subscription. But we want the details of relationship with other subscriptions.
