Is there a load sheet to update the Enable Cycle Count option

I really have a two-part question regarding items, FBDI load and Cycle Count enabled.

Content (required):

I have over 9K items that need to have Cycle Count enabled in order to perform a manual cycle count. Is there an FBDI load that I can do to mass update this field?

When running the scheduled cycle count, are the items that are not enabled for cycle count included in the ABC classification ABC Assignment Group Etc. Are the items where the Cycle Count Enabled box is marked, NO not being included in the Cycle Count Schedule.
