Work Order - URL to share point document, work order print fails?

Summary:

Business vision / plan is to go mobile / paperless, and hence they manage / store the current version of the standard work instructions in a document management solution and they maintain a URL link to the current location on the work definition.

At times due to the type of work / location / shutdown they need to print the work order for comments / completion, but the work order print fails due to the URL on the work order even though Oracle doesn't support printing anything associated with the URL?
