Utilizing feature 'Enable Concurrent Entitlement' to refund the balance if another leave is applied

Summary:

Attempting to utilize the feature Enable Concurrent Entitlement at the absence plan level so that the balance can be refunded for previous absence if the new absence type is utilized on the same day.

Content (required):

Dear All:

We are looking to utilize this feature of Enable Concurrent Entitlement to meet business need:

Say Employee has applied Earned Leave on 01-Apr-2022, and the accrual balance has been deducted, now if employee applied Sick Leave on the same day later, then automatically the balance for Earned Leave should be refunded.

With the Concurrent Entitlement feature we are able to apply both the leaves on the same day, but refund is not happening currently.

Howdy, Stranger!
