Display form layout field in worksheet

Summary:
How can we display filed at compensation worksheet which is look like in tabular or form based.
Content (required):
As we have couple of custom field available in compensation worksheet where manger enter increment (Amount/Percentage). However, we have opened filed but it's not appearing as per our requirement. we want to display data like in the same way as appearing in Absence History.
