Salary Posting (Transfer to Core HR) behavior if a future dated transaction exist in Salary Record

Summary:

If there is a future effective dated salary record or current record getting end dated on future effective date, would the salary transfer job post the increase as of process run date? In our environment it fails and logs didnt provide much information.
