Which way is the best way to create a requisition?

Hi community,

I am curious what pros/cons you identify with the various ways to create a requisition? Do you have different logic to identify scenarios where one of the below approaches is best? Does your organization use a combination of the below requisition types? Or instead limit the requisition types to only a few of the below types?

I find myself asking "why" for each of the approaches, the implementation manual, user manual, and past experience has provided me with some foundational understanding, however I'm having trouble mapping out the logic - see below and please help? Thanks in advance!
