Order management->Tasks->Manage orders->Search an Order->Actions->Create Document->Send E-Mail.

Using the above navigation to send acknowledgement via email, Oracle sends the email which is very generic and bare bone.
Is there a place to configure/update the formatting of that email - subject line, body etc. which calling variables such as Customer Name, Customer's PO Name etc.
