Forecast consumption for VMI sales order and discrete sales order

Summary:

Forecast consumption: Forecast need consume all Sales Orders from the Forecast independent of the Org the Sales Order is scheduled in.

Content (required):

Example: If we have a VMI Customer that has Consignment Pulls from Org 300 and they also have a discrete Sales Order for the same Item on the Manufacturing site Org (393) we need the consumption process to consume both of Sales Orders

Ex. Forecast (Demand class = Direct) = 100

Sales order (Demand class = Direct)  =  40

Sales order VMI (Demand class = Internal) =  20

After consumption Forecast (Demand class = Direct) =  60 (Should be 40)
