Content (required): Hello, I wanted to enable the Learning Section when creating a development goal. Below mentioned steps has been done to achieve the requirement, but it is still not appearing.

1) Enable the Mobile-Responsive Learning Pages Enabled Profile Option.

2) Enable Development Goal Learning Feature for Career Development

No approvals are enabled in this module.

Please let me know if I have missed any step.
