Update Worksheet Role

How to enable Approver can modify the worksheet and role of Secondary and Reviewer.

Content (required):

Primary Approver

In Compensation Worksheet, We have four Three level of Hierarchy which has been done through FF. Now i am looking the option if the worksheet submitted by Manager then the next approver can modify the worksheet, How can we do this?

Secondary Approver

In secondary approver can only give his recommendation only, so the primary manager can act accordingly, and he has not right to update/modify worksheet ?

Reviewer Approver

What is the difference between Secondary approver and Reviewer?
