The product team is working on the 'print/share job application' feature and would like your input to help develop the functionality to best support your business processes.

Please answer these questions:

  • What is the typical batch size of job applications you most commonly need to share (i.e., 1-10, 11-50, 51-100, 100+)?
  • Would you prefer one PDF containing all selected job applications or a separate PDF for each job application?
  • Are PDF/ZIP file sizes a concern to receive as email attachments? If so, is there a maximum file size (i.e., 5MB vs 10MB)?
  • Is there any preference for the user generating the file to receive the actual output file as an attachment versus a link they must click to download the attachment?
