Ability to change the payment terms after the Subscription is active

Summary:

We have the Payment Terms field at the subscription level this is an editable field until the subscription is in Draft status.

But is there a possibility to edit the field once the Subscription becomes Active?

During Amendment, we notice that this field is not editable.

Is it possible to edit this field once the subscription becomes Active?

I see the Payment Terms at the Subscription Product level as well which is editable in Amendment Status but does the Subscription actually consider the payment terms on the Subscription Level or Subscription Product level?
