Satisfaction survey

Launching a satisfaction survey from the chat inlay

Content (required):

We are moving from VA to DA with the change we are using chat inlays, we were hoping to move away from survey explorers within service cloud, to launching the survey from the inlay. We have followed the instructions using the postchatclosing message but this hasn't worked. Has anyone managed to do this and if so how?
