Can we have approval Workflow configured whenever Line Manager adds a new goal for reportees

Hi Team,
We have requirement wherein we want to enable below two types of approvals for "Performance Goals":
- Whenever employee adds /updates goals in the goal plan it should go for Line Manager approval
- Whenever Line Manager adds/Updates goals in the goal plan it should go for second level managers approval
Is it possible to have such workflow for Line Managers??
I have read on oracle documentation related to Goal Approval Rules wherein we have a "Performance Goals.Goal Source Code" attribute to identify who has created the goal. But when I am going to the transaction console I am not able to see this attribute.
