Compensation workbook doesn't properly display rows according to selected filters by UI

Hello experts,

when selecting filters in compensation plan by UI and then we download the interactive spreadsheet, the latter doesn't display rows according to values entered in filters but it shows all rows.

What could it depend on?

Is there a way to avoid this issue?
