Why was my account terminated without any notice and reason?

When I logged into my Oracle Account on 20th April 2022, I found that my VM instance was deleted and I was unable to access any feature. On further inspection, I found out that my tenancy had been inactivated. I was not given any sort of warning or notice before termination.

My only VM instance was also deleted and I can't access it from SSH. I was using the VM instance for Minecraft server with Pterodactyl Panel which isn't illegal

So, please look into the matter and tell me why my tenancy was inactivated without any notice and reason and is there a way to recover it.
