Element entries on same day

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some inputs on the below :

We do have a non recurring element entry that brings hours to payroll from OTL. Employees will add the same entry multiple time on the same day. For example as below

April 21

Element A - 2 hours

Element A - 1 hour

Element A - 0.5 hour

April 22

Element A - 3 hours

I need to add up all the hours on a single day and pay a flat amount to the employee. Like less than 3 hours pay 10$ and more than 3 hours pay 15$

As for April 21, it should be total 3.5 hours employee should only be paid 15$.
