How can I get LookupType Meaning for an LOV?

I'm trying to find a way to retrieve 'LookupType meaning' fields (not code meaning) for a set of LOVs.

Content (required):

I was hoping to use findStaticLookups?q= to query a bunch of LOVs so I can get the LookupType meaning fields. Although I get back the lookup Code meanings, I don't get back the LookupType meaning.
