How can I replicate the Relative Member -1 function from Financial Reporting Studio in EPM Reports?

Content (required):

I've got two columns in a grid, I want to prompt for the Years member in one columns and use a function in the other columns to dynamically show the previous year. No problem in FR Studio, but I don't get this to work in EPM Reports. Using the functions Prompt or CurrentPOV do work/do what I need them to do.
