Need to report on how long is it taking for managers to approve their tasks in a particular workflow

Summary:

We need a report from the workflow side of things to give us insight into how much is each manager taking to approve their tasks.

Content (required):

This is a current need for Job offer/requisitions, but i can see this being useful for any workflow. This report would be for completed workflows which would give us metrics as to how much each manager is taking to approve their tasks. any ideas? i haven't been able to find anything yet.
